摘 要:针对某电厂40MW机组生物质循环流化床锅炉在启动初期高温过热器管屏出现严重变形的原因进行分析,认为锅炉在启动初期减温水喷水量过大,造成高温过热器管屏中蒸汽带水,高温过热器管屏璧温偏差波动大,进而导致管屏弯曲变形。针对此种问题,建议运行人员在锅炉启动初期,严格控制减温水的喷水量,同时,快速通过锅炉启动初期阶段,避免管屏弯曲问题。This article analyzes the reasons for the deformation of the high-temperature superheater tube screen in the biomass circulating fluidized bed of a 40MW unit in a certain power plant during the unitial starup stage.It is believed that the excessive amount of desuperheating water spray in the boiler during the initial stait-up stage causes steam fluorescence in the high-temperature superheater tube screen,And the wall temperature deviation of the superheater tube sreen fiuctuates greatly,Leading to the bending ang deformation of the tube sreen.In response to this issue,It is recommended that operators strictly control the amount of desuperheating water sprayed during the initial stage of boiler startup,and quickly pass through the initial stage of boiler statup to avoid pipe screen bending problems.
