摘  要:某600MW机组锅炉在正常运行中频发燃烧波动,氮氧化物排放浓度偏高,炉膛结焦造成前墙水冷壁鳍片温度异常升高拉裂等问题。针对此类问题,该电厂采取了燃烧系统的优化改造,并通过实验进行了系统验证。实验结果表明,经过改造后的燃烧系统显著解决了上述问题,并取得了良好的应用效果。A 600MW unit boiler frequently experiences combustion fluctuations during normal operation,with a high concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions.In addition,the coking in the furnace causes abnormal temperature increases and tears in the finned sheet of the front wall water wall.In response to these issues,the power plant has implemented an optimized improvement of the combustion system,which has been systematically verified through experiments.The experimental results show that the modified combustion system has significantly improved the aforementioned problems and achieved good application results.
