蒸汽空气预热器使用过程中出现问题的研究

摘　　要：目前,国内新建很多垃圾焚烧电厂,垃圾焚烧炉燃烧所需的空气需要蒸汽空气预热器进行预热。蒸汽空气预热器在运行过程中出现的各种问题,笔者通过在工艺流程设计、运行操作方式、设备种类对比等几个方面,对目前出现的问题提出原因分析和改进建议。Currently,many newly built waste incineration power plants in China require steam air preheaters to preheat the air required for the combustion of waste incinerators.steam air preheaters encounter various problems during operation.The author analyzes the causes and proposes improvement suggestions for the current problems through several aspects such as process flow design,operation mode,and equipment type comparison.
