湿刺激响应型混纺纱线致动器的制备及其性能

摘  要:为了进一步明晰影响天然纤维柔性致动器使用性能的关键因素,以棉纤维、海藻纤维、粘胶纤维、羊毛纤维4种具有优异吸湿性的纤维为原料,采用加捻方式制备了螺旋线圈结构的混纺纱线致动器,使用自制湿刺激致动性平台测试其收缩率及做功能力,评价以混纺纱线为原料制备的湿刺激下可伸缩响应致动器的致动性能。设计单因素方差分析以及Plackett-Burman试验,研究了各因素的影响作用。试验结果表明:相较于纯棉纱,粘胶纤维/棉混纺纱、海藻纤维/棉混纺纱对应致动器收缩率从11.8%分别提升至21.8%、20.0%;相较于羊毛纱,羊毛/粘胶纤维混纺纱对应致动器收缩率从17.55%提升至28.00%;纱线种类、线圈个数、捻度对致动器收缩率具有显著影响,而负载质量、线圈纱线数量、纱线种类对致动器做功能力具有显著影响。In order to further clarify the key factors affecting the performance of natural fiber flexible actuators,four kinds of fibers with excellent hygroscopic properties,cotton fiber,alginate fiber,viscose fiber and wool fiber,were used as raw materials to prepare a spiral coil structure blended yarn actuator by twisting method.The contraction ratio and work capacity of the actuator were tested by a self-made wet stimulation actuator platform.The actuator performance of stretch responding with wet stimulation prepared from blended yarn was evaluated.Univariate analysis of variance and Plackett-Burman test were designed to study the effects of each factor.The test results show that compared with pure cotton yarn,the actuator contraction ratio of viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn and alginate fiber/cotton blended yarn increases from 11.8%to 21.8%and 20.0%respectively.Compared with wool yarn,the contraction ratio of wool/viscose fiber blended yarn increased from 17.55%to 28.00%.Yarn type,coil number and twist have significant effects on contraction ratio,while load mass,coil yarn number and yarn type have significant effects on work capacity.
