摘 要:为获得高效率、低成本的光催化自清洁棉织物,以贵金属铂(Pt)协同二氧化钛(TiO_(2))纳米复合材料(Pt/TiO_(2))为自清洁整理剂,分别采用浸渍法和涂层法对棉织物进行整理,制备高效率自清洁棉织物。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)等表征手段对织物表观形貌、元素组成进行分析,并选择亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标污染物探究整理后棉织物的自清洁性能。结果表明:涂层法制备的Pt/TiO_(2)织物光催化性能优于浸渍法制备的Pt/TiO_(2)织物,其负载率约为5.13%;当Pt/TiO_(2)质量浓度为12.5 g/L时,涂层整理后Pt/TiO_(2)棉织物光催化效能最佳,能实现可见光下多种有机染料、食用辣椒油的有效自清洁;同时,整理后的棉织物紫外线防护系数(UPF值)从8增强到62,经多次洗涤或摩擦后,仍具有较好的自清洁效果,展现出一定耐久性。In order to prepare high-efficiency photocatalytic self-cleaning cotton fabrics and improve the utilization rate of visible light,the noble metal platinum(Pt)combined with titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))was used as the finishing agent to modify the cotton fabrics by impregnation method and coating method.The morphology and elementary composition of self-cleaning cotton fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and its self-cleaning capability was investigated by using methylene blue(MB)as the targeted pollutant.The results show that the photocatalytic performance of Pt/TiO_(2)finished fabrics via coating method was better than that of impregnation method,and the loading rate was about 5.13%.When the concentration of Pt/TiO_(2)was 12.5 g/L,the photocatalytic performance of coated cotton fabric was the best,which could achieve the effective self-cleaning of various organic dyes and edible chili oil.Moreover,the UV protection performance(UPF)of finished cotton fabrics has been enhanced from 8 to 62,and the self-cleaning effect remains good and has a certain durability,even after multiple washing fastness tests and different times of friction fastness tests.
