摘 要:作为海水深海机电装备中液压缸的核心部件,海水液压往复密封在深海环境下面临双侧高压和海水特殊性质的挑战。针对双侧高压海水往复密封泄漏预测中的关键问题,开展深海环境往复密封特性研究,建立了双侧高压下往复密封有限元模型,分析深海工况下往复密封内部应力和接触压力分布;基于逆流体动压润滑理论,研究海水液压往复密封泄漏特性,对比分析了深海双侧高压和陆上单侧高压下往复密封性能。结果表明:在相同的系统压力下,深海工况下的组合密封摩擦力小于陆上工况,但泄漏量大于陆上工况。As the core component of hydraulic cylinders in deep-sea electromechanical equipment,the seawater hydraulic reciprocating seals in deep-sea environment faces the challenge of bilateral high pressure and special property of seawater.Aiming at the key problems in the leakage prediction of bilateral high pressure seawater reciprocating seal,the characteristics of reciprocating seal in deep-sea environment are studied.The finite element model of reciprocating seal under bilateral high pressure is established to analyze the internal stress and contact pressure distribution of reciprocating seal under deep-sea conditions.Based on the theory of countercurrent hydrodynamic lubrication,the leakage characteristics of seawater hydraulic reciprocating seal are studied,and the performance of reciprocating seal under deep-sea bilateral high pressure and land unilateral high pressure is compared and analyzed.The result shows that under the same system pressure,the friction force of the combined seal under deep-sea condition is smaller than that under land condition,but the leakage of the combined seal under deep-sea condition is larger than that under land condition.
