摘  要:比例减压阀是工程机械装备液压系统的压力控制元件,其压力控制性能直接受到控制器性能的影响。以比例减压阀用控制器为研究对象,建立控制器数学模型和整阀模型。然后,分析电阻、电感、频率和占空比对控制器输出电流大小和纹波的影响。其次,采用正交设计的方法,以电流、电流纹波为指标,综合考虑电阻、电感、PWM频率、PWM占空比等影响因素,优化设计控制器关键参数。最后,结合比例减压阀实物,验证优化后控制器的有效性。结果表明:控制器优化前的误差约为2.9%,控制器优化后的误差约为2.5%。研究成果为高性能比例减压阀研制奠定理论基础。The proportional pressure-reducing valve is a pressure control component in hydraulic systems of engineering machinery,and its pressure control performance is directly affected by the performance of controller.Taking the controller for proportional pressure-reducing valve as the research object,the mathematical model of the controller and the model of the entire valve are established.Then analyzes the impact of resistance,inductance,frequency,and duty cycle on the output current and ripple of the controller.Subsequently,using an orthogonal design method,optimizes key parameters of the controller by considering resistance,inductance,PWM frequency,and PWM duty cycle,with current and current ripple as indicators.Finally,the effectiveness of the designed controller is validated with a physical proportional pressure-reducing valve.The results show that the error of the original controller is about 2.9%,the error of the optimized controller is about 2.5%.The results will lay a theoretical foundation for the development of high-performance proportional pressure-reducing valves.
