摘  要:为了探明常规离心泵采用液压油介质的增压供液性能,首先搭建了常规离心泵油液适应性试验系统,获得油介质下离心泵的流量、压力等参数,并通过可视化油箱观测油液内气泡分布;然后通过PumpLinx建立了离心泵全空化仿真模型,对比分析了水和油介质下的空化特性;最后,从离心泵的抗气蚀性能角度对叶轮进行了优化设计。结果表明:离心泵发生明显空化现象的临界转速为1550 r/min;在3000 r/min运行时,离心泵在液压油介质下的扬程较水介质降低了64%;离心泵在液压油介质下空化程度更剧烈,空化区域主要分布在叶片压力面及叶片根部。优化后的离心泵旋转域气体体积分数降低了46%,对运用于高转速液压泵的吸油增压离心泵设计具有重要意义。In order to explore the pressurized fluid supply performance of conventional centrifugal pump using hydraulics oil medium,firstly,a conventional centrifugal pump oil-liquid adaptability test system is built to obtain the flow rate,pressure and other parameters of centrifugal pump under the oil medium,and the distribution of bubbles in the oil is observed through the visualization of the oil tank.Then a full cavitation simulation model of the centrifugal pump is established through PumpLinx to comparatively analyze the cavitation characteristics under the water and oil medium.Finally,the optimized design of the impeller is carried out from the perspective of anticavitation performance of centrifugal pump.The results show that the critical speed of the centrifugal pump where obvious cavitation phenomenon occurs is 1550 r/min;the head of the centrifugal pump in hydraulics oil medium reduces 64%compare with water medium when running at 3000 r/min;the degree of cavitation of the centrifugal pump is more intense in hydraulics oil medium,and the cavitation area is mainly distribute in the pressure surface of the vane and the root of the vane.The gas volume fraction in the rotating domain of the optimized centrifugal pump is reduced by 46%,which is of great significance for the design of oil suction booster centrifugal pumps used in high-speed hydraulic pumps.
