摘　　要：磨浆机是制浆造纸打浆工段的重要设备,其运行效率的高低直接影响着产品的产量和质量。ANDRITZ圆柱磨因其具有低能耗和高能效的特点,得到广泛使用。本文介绍了一次发现磨浆机轴承失效后及时处理的案例,并给出了失效原因分析,为今后的日常维护保养提供宝贵经验。The pulp refiner is an important equipment in the pulping section,and its operating efficiency directly affects the output and quality of final products.ANDRITZ cylindrical refiner is widely used due to its low energy consumption and high energy efficiency.This paper introduces a case of timely handling of bearing failure in a pulp mill during a daily inspection,and provides analysis of the reasons,thus offering valuable experience for the daily maintenance in the future.
