摘　　要：耳鸣是一种临床上常见的主观症状,长期以来因缺乏客观的检测指标,在耳鸣的疗效评估及临床治疗上一直存在诸多困难。目前依赖于患者的回顾性评价如量表和问卷作为耳鸣的主要评价指标,辅以耳鸣心理声学检测评估听力学,共同服务于耳鸣疗效评价,指导临床诊疗。文章从评估内容的合理与全面性、评估方式的科学与准确性、评估工具的实用和敏感性三方面出发对耳鸣特异性评价指标展开讨论,简要概述一般性评价指标在耳鸣评估中的应用情况,分析比较日终日记(end-of-day diary,EDD)和生态瞬时评估(ecological momentary assessment,EMA)在耳鸣领域的发展前景并展望未来耳鸣评价体系的发展思路与方向。Tinnitus is a common symptom in clinical practice.For a long time,it has been difficult to accurately assess tinnitus treatment efficacy due to a lack of objective indicators.At present,assessment still relies on patients'retrospective reports in the form of scales and questionnaires as the main evaluation indexes,supplemented by psychoacoustic tinnitus testing,to guide clinical prognosis and treatment.This article discusses specific tinnitus evaluation indexes based on the rationales and comprehensiveness of their content,the scientific basis and accuracy of their methodology,and their overall practicability and sensitivity,briefly summarizing the application of tinnitus assessment indexes,and specifically focusing on the prospects of end-of-day diary(EDD)and ecological momentary assessment(EMA),as well as ideas and directions in future development of the tinnitus evaluation system.
