摘  要:人口老龄化是当前公共健康的主要问题,随之而来的老年性听力损失和老龄性前庭功能减退也极大加重社会医疗健康负担。老年性聋(age-related hearing loss,ARHL)、老龄性前庭病(presbyvestibulopathy,PVP)及其动物模型研究一直是缓解老龄化健康负担、提高老年人生活质量的热门话题。选择动物模型则是确保实验准确性的先决条件,本文将聚焦于自然老化和快速老化动物模型,从与年龄相关的发生学、耳蜗及功能学、病理生理细胞学方面对其进行分析比较,并对其机制进行探讨和思考,旨在为后期老年性前庭病(PVP)研究提供理论基础并选择合适的动物模型进行后续研究。Aging is currently a major public health topic,and the accompanying age-related hearing loss and agerelated vestibular dysfunction greatly increase the social medical and health burden.Age-related hearing loss(ARHL),presbyvestibular disease(PVP),and animal modeling have always been the hot research topics to alleviate the health burden of aging and improve the quality of life for the elderly.Selection of appropriate animal models is a prerequisite to ensure study validity.This article will focus on animal models of natural aging and rapid aging,analyzing and comparing them from the perspectives of age-related genetics,cochlea and cochlear functions,pathological and physiological cytology to shed light on the mechanisms of aging and its effects on hearing and balance.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for future research on age-related vestibular diseases,especially regarding appropriate animal models.
