摘　　要：单侧主观性耳鸣是主观性耳鸣的一种发病形式,听觉中枢的可塑性改变是单侧耳鸣发生发展的重要原因,而边缘系统通过与听觉系统的相互作用参与单侧耳鸣的感知与维持。而上述中枢改变的偏侧化则影响耳鸣的定位。本文就近年来单侧耳鸣偏侧化中枢发生机制研究进展进行综述。Unilateral subjective tinnitus is a form of subjective tinnitus.Plasticity of the auditory center is an important cause of unilateral tinnitus.Meanwhile,the limbic system is involved in its perception and maintenance of through interaction with the auditory system.Lateralization of the above changes affects the localization of tinnitus.This article reviews recent progress in research on the lateralized neuronal mechanisms of unilateral tinnitus.
