摘  要:传统印染过程会消耗大量水资源,使用众多化学品,在生产和使用过程中对水体、土壤及空气造成严重污染。生命周期理论为评估产品在整个生命周期中对环境的影响提供了系统框架,能够全面分析印染工艺的各个环节,从原料获取到最终废弃物处理。基于生命周期理论深入探讨印染工艺的环境可持续性改进措施,以期为纺织行业提供有效的解决方案,促进其向更环保、更可持续的方向发展。The traditional printing and dyeing process consumes a large amount of water resources,uses numerous chemicals,and causes serious pollution to water,soil,and air during production and use,enabling a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of the printing and dyeing process,from raw material acquisition to final waste disposal.Based on the life cycle theory,the environmental sustainability improvement measures of the printing and dyeing process in depth was discussed,in the hope of providing effective solutions for the textile industry and promoting its development towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable direction.
