摘  要:将微波改性氧化石墨烯(GO)用于麻纤维的表面修饰并考察纺织应用性能。以改进Hummers法制备GO,通过浸泡法使其吸附在麻纤维表面,随后微波脱水并还原GO,考察改性麻纤维的表面性质以及GO用量、微波功率对织物应用性能的影响。测试结果表明微波改性使GO在麻纤维表面形成更致密牢固的还原GO层,并提升了拉伸、导电、耐水洗、耐磨等应用性能。Microwave modified graphene oxide(GO)was used to modify the surface of hemp fiber and its textile properties were investigated.GO was prepared by modified Hummers method,adsorbed on the sur-face of hemp fiber by soaking method,dehydrated and reduced by microwave.The surface properties of the modified hemp fiber and the effects of the amount of GO and microwave power on the application properties of the fabric were investigated.The test results showed that the reduction GO layer could be formed on the surface of hemp fiber by microwave modification,and the properties of tensile,conductive,washable and wear-resistant could be improved.
