无氟防水剂M-645的制备及其在涤纶织物上的应用

摘  要:以丙烯酸十八烷基酯(SA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、9-十八烯胺(OAM)为原料,十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为复合乳化体系,制备具有良好加工持续性的无氟防水剂M-645,并将其用于涤纶织物的防水整理。探究防水剂用量、工作液pH和温度、焙烘温度和时间对防水性能的影响。结果表明,M-645在白色涤塔夫面料上的优选应用工艺为:用量30 g/L,工作液pH 6,工作液温度5~25℃,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间50 s;初始防水分数能达到95~100分,洗20次后仍能达到80分,整理工作液具有良好的稳定性与持续性,整理织物具有良好的防水性,且防水效果具有较好的耐洗性。Fluorine-free waterproof agent M-645 with good processing continuity was prepared with oc-tadecyl acrylate(SA),beta-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and oleylamine(OAM)as raw materials,octadearyl di-methyl ammonium chloride(1831)and primary alcohol ethoxylate(AEO-9)as composite emulsion system,and was used in waterproof finishing of polyester fabrics.The effects of waterproofing agent dosage,working solution pH and temperature,baking temperature and time on waterproofing performance were explored.The results showed that the optimal application conditions of M-645 on white polyester taff fabric were:dosage of 30 g/L,working solution pH 6,working solution temperature 5-25℃,baking temperature 180℃,and bak-ing time 50 s.The initial waterproof score could reach 95-100 points,and after 20 washes,it could still reach 80 points.The finishing solution had good stability and continuity and the finished fabric had good waterproof performance and good washing resistance.
