摘 要:对染整加工过程中不同规格零碳莱赛尔面料进行多工序的低碳、零碳环保生产工艺设计,最终确定适合不同零碳莱赛尔面料的烧毛工艺;综合评价了不同前处理酶退浆工艺、酶冷轧堆工艺、碱氧漂退浆工艺、酶抛光工艺对面料指标和低碳排指标的影响;湿短蒸染色工艺可以在最大程度上减少染色过程中的能源消耗,降低碳排量;优选不同柔软剂类型组合、树脂类型和定形工艺,综合评价了不同功能性后整理工艺对面料抗原纤化和抗起毛起球的影响,经过树脂交联处理后的莱赛尔面料可以在很大程度上减少或者延缓原纤化的产生,从而避免面料洗旧泛白现象的出现。上述工艺的不断优化设计使面料染整加工过程满足生态友好的要求。The low-carbon,zero-carbon and environmentally friendly production process design of differ-ent specifications of zero-carbon lyocell fabrics in the dyeing and finishing process was carried out,and the suitable singeing process of different zero-carbon lyocell fabrics was finally determined.The effects of differ-ent pretreatment enzyme desizing processes,enzyme cold-rolled piling processes,alkaline oxygen bleaching and refining processes on fabric indexes and low-carbon emission indexes were comprehensively evaluated.By using the wet short steam dyeing process,energy consumption and carbon emissions during the dyeing process were minimized to the greatest extent possible.By selecting different combinations of softener types,resin types,and shaping processes,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the effects of differ-ent functional finishing processes on fabric anti fibrillation and anti pilling.After resin cross-linking treatment,the Lyocell fabric could greatly reduce or delay the occurrence of the above-mentioned fibrillation,thereby avoiding the occurrence of fabric washing and whitening.By continuously optimizing the design of the above processes,the fabric dyeing and finishing process met the requirements of ecological friendliness.
