摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)快速测定防疫物资中的苯类物质。样品利用三氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂,超声萃取,目标物在短时间内完成分析。结果表明,每种物质在合适的线性范围内线性较好,相关系数大于0.995。以阴性口罩样品为基质,20种目标物的回收率为80.3%~112.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.8%~9.7%。对现有的防疫物资样品进行测试,256个防疫物资样品中有4个口罩检测出对苯二甲酸二甲酯,有2个口罩检测出苯甲酸乙酯。Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used for the rapid determination of benzene in epidemic prevention materials.The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction using trichloro-methane as solvent,and the analysis of the target material was completed in a short time.The results showed that each substance had good linearity in the appropriate linear range,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995.Using negative mask samples as the substrate,the recoveries of 20 target substanc-es ranged from 80.3%-112.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)ranged from 2.8%-9.7%.Sam-ples of available supplies were tested,and dimethyl terephthalate was detected in 4 masks and ethyl benzo-ate in 2 masks out of 256 samples.
