摘  要:采用图像分析技术,为织物褶裥外观保持性测试提供了一种更客观和精准的评价方法。该方法使用立体相机获取织物褶裥外观的图像,通过计算机图像分析法实现织物外观形态的三维重建,并根据试样与标样的结构相似度评定织物洗后褶裥外观等级。结果表明,立体相机的三维重建效果较好,比手持式三维扫描仪更快速,其测试结果与主观评级结果的一致率达到96%。该方法不仅可以帮助纺织企业在相关产品的生产中控制和提高产品质量,而且可以为检测机构提供更先进、可靠的织物褶裥外观检测技术。Image analysis technology was used to provide a more objective and precise assessment method for fabric crease appearance retention testing.A stereo camera was used to capture images of fabric crease appearance,3D reconstruction of fabric appearance morphology through computer image analysis was achieved,and the grade of fabric crease appearance after washing based on the structural similarity between the specimen and the standard sample was evaluated.The experimental analysis showed that the three-di-mensional reconstruction effect of stereo camera was faster than that of hand-held three-dimensional scan-ner,and the agreement rate between its results and the subjective rating results reached 96%.This method could not only help textile enterprises to control and improve product quality in the production of related prod-ucts,but also provide more advanced and reliable fabric crease appearance testing technology for testing labo-ratories.
