慈善与社会工作融合发展的机制、类型及路径

摘　　要：慈善与社会工作融合发展不仅是理论追求,也是实践所需,推动两者融合发展对经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。慈善与社会工作的融合既指两种活动之间的紧密结合、相互支撑,也指两个主体的协同联动和两项事业的共生互融,它们受到内部与外部驱动机制的共同作用。基于主体地位与联结强度两个维度,可以将二者关系类型划分为主导–紧密型、主导–松散型、平等–紧密型和平等–松散型四种。在应对慈善与社会工作融合发展的现实挑战的同时,应特别注重实务运作、行业组织和专业教育的有机结合,并以社区慈善为创新载体,助推慈善与社会工作的深度融合达到互惠共生的目标形态。The integrated development of philanthropy and social work is not only a theoretical pursuit,but also a practical need,and promoting the integrated development of the two is of great significance to the high-quality economic and social development.The integration of philanthropy and social work refers not only to the close combination and mutual support between the two activities,but also refers to the synergistic interaction of the two subjects and the symbiosis and mutual integration of the two undertakings,which are jointly affected by internal and external driving mechanisms.Based on the two dimensions of subject status and connection strength,the relationship between the two can be divided into four types:leader-tight,leader-loose,equal-tight,and equal-loose.In response to the practical challenges of the integration and development of philanthropy and social work,special attention should be paid to the organic combination of practical operation,industry organizations,and professional education,and community charity should be used as an innovative carrier to promote the deep integration of charity and social work to achieve the goal of mutualism and symbiosis.
