数字技术赋能专业社会工作的叙事实践

摘　　要：社会工作正发生数字化叙事转向。作为一种促进专业发展的重要手段,数字化叙事摆脱了对在地情境的依赖,丰富了社会服务的互动形式。但是,数字化叙事在提升叙事实践成效方面的具体机制尚未得到充分探讨。本文以作为叙事实践方法的回响小组的实践演变为例,剖析其从传统到数字的演变过程中,数字技术提升叙事实践有效性的机制。具体而言,数字接触机制、个性化适应机制、回溯与强化机制都有助于案主讲述个人故事,促进其改变的发生。数字化叙事扩大了案主真实自我的感知范围,强化了案主的个性化互动体验,且稳固了案主建构的新故事,以此提升了专业叙事实践的成效。Social work is undergoing a digital narrative turn.As a crucial approach to promoting professional development,digital storytelling has freed the practice from dependence on localized situations,enriching the forms of interaction within social services.However,the specific mechanisms through which digital storytelling enhances the effectiveness of narrative practice have not yet been fully explored.This paper uses the practice evolution of the“reflecting team”,a narrative practice method,as a case to analyze the mechanisms by which digital technology enhances the effectiveness of narrative practice as the reflecting team transitions from traditional to digital forms.Specifically,digital engagement,personalized adaptation,and retrospective reinforcement contribute to the clients’storytelling of their narratives and foster changes.Digital storytelling expands clients’perception of their selves,enhances their personalized interactive experiences,and strengthens the new stories they construct,thereby improving the effectiveness of professional narrative practice.
