摘　　要：总结1例肝癌肝硬化合并II型糖尿病患者行无缺血肝移植联合胰岛移植的护理经验。护理要点包括术后预防血栓及出血的观察及护理,做好移植肝功能与胰岛功能观察与护理,预防排斥反应,科学有效的营养管理。经过17d的治疗和护理,患者康复出院。This paper summarises the nursing care in an ischemia-free liver transplantation combined with islet transplantation of a patient with hepatocellular cancer,hepatic cirrhosis and Type II diabetes.The key measures of nursing care include postoperative observations and cares to prevent thrombosis and bleeding,monitoring the functions of transplanted liver and islet to avoid an immune rejection,and application of a scientific and effective nutritional management.After 17 days of treatment and nursing care,the patient was discharged.
