摘  要:在缩合剂2-(7-氮杂苯并三氮唑)-N,N,N′,N′-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯的作用下,以紫檀芪(2)为原料,分别与4种不同链长的羧酸酯(3a~3d)发生酯化反应,得到了4种结构新颖的紫檀芪衍生物(1a~1d),通过单因素实验对合成条件进行了优化,通过^(1)HNMR、^(13)CNMR、ESI-MS、SC-XRD对衍生物结构进行了表征,并对合成机理进行了探讨。结果表明,以紫檀芪(2)与己二酸单甲酯(3a)的酯化反应为模型,最佳反应条件为:反应溶剂为二氯甲烷、物料比n(3a)∶n(2)为1.2∶1、反应温度为25℃、反应时间为4 h,在此条件下,衍生物1a~1d的收率均较高(76.9%~84.5%)。We synthesized four novel pterostilbene derivatives by esterification reaction of pterostilbene(2)and four carboxylate esters(3a-3d)with different chain lengths under the action of condensation agent 2-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate.Moreover,we optimized the synthesis conditions by single-factor experiments,characterized their structures by ^(1)HNMR,^(13)CNMR,ESI-MS,and SC-XRD,and discussed the synthesis mechanism.The results show that,if the esterification reaction of pterostilbene(2)and monomethyl adipate(3a)is used as a model reaction,the optimum reaction conditions are determined as follows:the reaction solvent is dichloromethane,the material molar ratio of n(3a)∶n(2)is 1.2∶1,the reaction temperature is 25℃,and the reaction time is 4 h.Under above conditions,the yields of derivatives 1a-1d are 76.9%-84.5%.
