摘 要:在分析长庆西峰油田采出水和垢样的基础上,构建了一套适用于长庆西峰油田的潜在酸综合解堵体系CQX,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,解堵体系CQX的基本配方为:淡水+5%~10%潜在酸HWS-Ⅱ+1%~2%防膨剂HCS+3%~4%缓蚀剂CDH-Ⅰ+1%~2%助排剂HAS;解堵体系CQX对现场垢样的溶蚀率达到85.58%,防膨率为86.4%,对金属的平均腐蚀速率为2.74 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),氟化钙抑制率为79.74%,氢氧化铁抑制率为95.26%;解堵体系CQX与地层水的配伍性良好,助排能力强,解堵后岩心渗透率恢复值为解堵前的1.3倍以上;解堵体系CQX能有效清除近井地带堵塞,深层疏通扩大渗流孔道,增产效果明显。Based on the analyses of produced water and scale samples in Changqing Xifeng Oilfield in Gansu Province of China,we constructed a potential acid comprehensive plugging-removal system CQX suitable for Changqing Xifeng Oilfield,and evaluated its performance.The results show that the basic formula of the plugging-removal system CQX is as follows:freshwater+5%-10%potential acid HWS-Ⅱ+1%-2%anti-swelling agent HCS+3%-4%corrosion inhibitor CDH-Ⅰ+1%-2%cleanup agent HAS.After using the plugging-removal system CQX,the corrosion rate of on-site scale samples reaches 85.58%,the anti-swelling rate is 86.4%,the average corrosion rate of metals is 2.74 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),the inhibition rate of calcium fluoride is 79.74%,and the inhibition rate of iron hydroxide is 95.26%.The compatibility between the plugging-removal system CQX and formation water is good,with strong cleanup ability.The recovery value of core permeability after plugging-removal is more than 1.3 times that before plugging-removal.The plugging-removal system CQX can effectively remove blockages near the well,dredge and expand seepage channels in deep layers,and significantly increase production.
