摘  要:儿童阅读推广是公共图书馆分众、分级、分龄阅读服务的重要组成部分,对促进全民阅读高质量发展、增强儿童阅读服务效能具有关键作用。文章基于维度、内容、价值三个角度,揭示了儿童阅读推广馆员能力的内涵与推进其建设的意义,并从行业发展、儿童阅读推广服务、儿童读者需求保障三个层面着手,厘清了当前我国公共图书馆儿童阅读推广馆员能力建设的现状与不足。最后提出了定位核心价值、铸就专业力量、提升读者体验、强化馆员提升以及构建系统规划等针对性策略。Children's reading promotion is a crucial part of public libraries'targeted,graded,and age-specific reading services.It plays a key role in enhancing the high-quality development of the national reading and improving the effectiveness of children's reading services.Based on the three perspectives of dimension,content and value,this paper reveals the connotation of the ability of children's reading promotion librarians and the significance of promoting their construction,and clarifies the current situation and shortcomings of the ability construction of children's reading promotion librarians in public libraries in China from three aspects:industry development,children's reading promotion service and children's demand guarantee.Finally,it puts forward targeted strategies such as positioning core values,casting professional strength,improving reader experience,strengthening librarian promotion and building system planning.
