摘　　要：目的分析《慈航集》中瘟疫中药配伍及组方用药规律。方法收集整理王勋《慈航集》所载瘟疫处方,运用Microsoft Excel 2019软件建立数据库,通过IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0和IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件对载入中药进行用药频次分析、因子分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果共筛选纳入处方133首,药物135味,用药频次≥16的药物共24味;用药频次居前五的依次为补虚药、解表药、理气药、清热药、化湿药;药性多见温、寒,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,药物多入脾、肺、胃三经。因子分析共提取出11个公因子。关联规则分析得到药物组合23项,枳壳-紫苏叶-淡豆豉-草豆蔻-槟榔-当归关联性最强。聚类分析得出7类药物组合。结论王勋论治瘟疫多用清热、补虚、解表之品,寒温并用,用药善于以枳壳-紫苏叶-淡豆豉-草豆蔻-槟榔-当归为配伍组合,扶正祛邪兼顾,对现代传染病防治具有一定借鉴意义。Objective To analyze the drug combination and prescription rules of plagues in Cihang Ji,a medical book authored by WANG Xun.Methods The epidemic prescriptions in Cihang Ji were collected and sorted,and a database was established using Microsoft Excel 2019 software.The frequency analysis,factor analysis,association rule analysis,and clustering analysis were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software.Results A total of 133 prescriptions were screened and included,involving 135 different drugs,with 24 drugs having a frequency of use of 16 or more.The top five drugs in terms of frequency were tonifying drugs,exterior-releasing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and dampness-resolving drugs.The properties of the drugs were mostly warm and cold,with flavors dominated by pungent,bitter,and sweet tastes,and the drugs mainly acted on the spleen,lung,and stomach meridians.Factor analysis extracted 11 common factors.Association rule analysis identified 23 drug combinations,with the strongest association being between Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,Perillae Folium,Sojae Semen Praeparatum,Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen,Arecae Semen,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Cluster analysis resulted in seven categories of drug combinations.Conclusion WANG's treatment of plagues mostly employs heat-clearing,tonifying deficiency,and exterior-resolving substances.He combines cold and warm medicines and is adept at using the combination of Fructus Aurantii,Folium Perillae,Sojae Semen Preparatum,Semen Alpiniae Katsumadai,Semen Arecae,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis in prescriptions.This approach takes into account both strengthening the body and dispelling pathogenic factors and has certain referential significance for the prevention and control of modern infectious diseases.
