中医药基于“扶正祛邪”理论辅助治疗骨结核临床研究进展

摘　　要：查阅相关文献,从病因病机与治则、中药辅助治疗骨结核2个方面对中医药基于“扶正祛邪”理论辅助治疗骨结核的临床研究进行概述,认为中药可通过调节机体免疫功能、抑制炎症反应、改善胃肠功能、缓解疼痛等辅助治疗骨结核,从而提高临床疗效。但目前研究中仍存在缺乏规范的辨证分型、作用机制不明确、无大规模及多中心的临床研究等问题,在今后的研究中需不断探索与完善。This paper provides a comprehensive overview of clinical studies on the adjuvant treatment of bone tuberculosis using traditional Chinese medicine,grounded in the theory"strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors",by examining two key aspects:etiology,pathogenesis,and therapeutic approaches within TCM.It posits that traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the management of bone tuberculosis by employing mechanisms such as immune regulation,inflammation inhibition,gastrointestinal function improvement,and pain relief,thereby augmenting clinical efficacy.Nevertheless,there remain several limitations,including the absence of standardized syndrome differentiation and classification,an unclear mechanism of action,and a deficiency in largescale multi-center clinical studies,all of which require ongoing exploration and enhancement in future research.
