摘　　要：本文选取2008—2021年棉花产业链相关数据,采用层次分析法和熵权法构建了我国棉花产业链安全评价指标体系,对棉花产业链的安全进行定量评价和分析。结果显示,中国棉花产业链总体处于基本安全状态,产业链韧性较低。这主要是由产业链缺乏竞争力、产业链的控制力较弱、产业链成长性缓慢、产业链的发展环境不佳所造成的。若要保障我国棉花产业链的安全必须对影响其安全性的主要指标进行优化,通过出台相关政策来控制棉花价格,为棉花产业的发展提供更好的政策环境。提升我国棉花产业链的竞争力,打造优质国产棉,发展多元化市场,降低依赖性风险。This paper selects the relevant data of the cotton industry chain from 2008 to 2021,and adopts the hierarchical analysis method and the entropy weight method to construct the security evaluation index system of China's cotton industry chain,and quantitatively evaluates and analyses the security of the cotton industry chain.The results show that China's cotton industry chain is in a basic security state in general,and the toughness of the industry chain is low.This is mainly caused by the lack of competitiveness of the industrial chain,the weak control of the industrial chain,the slow growth of the industrial chain,and the poor development environment of the industrial chain.If we want to guarantee the security of China's cotton industry chain must optimise the main indicators affecting its security,control the price of cotton by introducing relevant policies,and provide a better policy environment for the development of the cotton industry.Enhance the competitiveness of China's cotton industry chain,create high-quality domestic cotton,develop diversified markets,and reduce the risk of dependence.
