摘  要:为探究水泥稳定碎石基层在干旱荒漠区内部水分迁移规律,开发了室内温湿度监测试验系统,利用温度和湿度传感器监测早期水泥稳定碎石内部水分含量,分析不同养生条件及不同水泥剂量对水泥稳定碎石试件内部温湿度的影响;建立水分迁移模型,提出边界条件并对模型进行数值求解及验证。结果表明:在空气养生和覆膜不洒水的养护方式下,水泥稳定碎石内部的相对湿度衰减较快,覆膜洒水后,试件内部相对湿度会显著提高;在离表面7 cm~12 cm处存在关键界面,此界面之上,外部环境对其水分的影响较大,此界面之下,外部环境对材料内部湿度的影响较小;水泥剂量会直接影响水泥稳定碎石内部相对湿度,水泥水化早期吸水导致水泥稳定碎石基层内部早期湿度下降;利用Crank-Nicolson方法对模型进行数值求解,湿度模型预测值与实际值之间的R2最小为0.993,具有较高的相关性。In order to explore the internal moisture migration law of cement stabilized gravel base in arid desert areas,an indoor temperature and humidity monitoring experimental test system was developed.Temperature and humidity sensors were used to monitor the internal moisture content of cement stabilized gravel at an early stage,and the effects of different curing conditions and cement dosages on the internal temperature and humidity of cement stabilized gravel specimens were analyzed.A moisture migration model was established,boundary conditions were proposed,and the model was numerically solved and validated.The results show that the relative humidity inside the cement stabilized gravel is attenuated faster under the curing methods of air curing and film coating without sprinkling,and the internal relative humidity will be significantly increased changed after film sprinkling.There is a critical interface at the distance of 7 cm-12 cm from the road surface.Above this interface,the internal humidity of the material is more obviously affected by the external environment,and below this interface,the internal humidity of the material is less affected by the external environment.Cement dosage will directly affect the internal relative humidity of cement stabilized gravel.Water absorption in the early stage of cement hydration will lead to the early decrease of internal humidity of cement stabilized gravel base.The Crank-Nicolson method was used to solve the model numerically.The minimum R?between the predicted humidity value and the actual humidity value is 0.993,which has a high correlation.
