摘  要:提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性能有助于控制沥青路面的车辙病害。环氧沥青作为一种热固性材料,在一定程度上可以提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性。为进一步研究环氧沥青混凝土的路用性能,按照现行试验规程相关试验方法,开展了室内车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、小梁弯曲试验等。结果表明:环氧沥青混凝土具有优异的路用性能,较SBS改性沥青混凝土各项性能均有大幅提升,60℃车辙试验后试件基本上不变形,70℃时试件的动稳定度在12000次/min左右,马歇尔稳定度超过30 kN,15℃和-10℃弯拉强度均在15 MPa左右,低温破坏应变和水稳定性满足规范要求;现行试验规程中沥青混合料水稳定性试验条件不适宜环氧沥青混凝土,环氧沥青混凝土容留时间是影响其在路面工程中应用的一个重要因素。Improving the high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures is helpful to control the rutting disease of asphalt pavement.Epoxy asphalt,as a thermosetting material,can improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures to a certain extent.In order to further study the road performance of epoxy asphalt concrete,indoor rutting tests,water-immersed Marshall tests,and beam bending tests were carried out according to the relevant test methods of the current test procedures.The results show that epoxy asphalt concrete has excellent road performance,and its various performances are greatly improved compared with SBS modified asphalt concrete.The specimens are basically not deformed after the 60 C rutting test,the dynamic stability of the specimens at 70℃is about 12000 times/min,the Marshall stability exceeds 30 kN,the flexural tensile strength at 15℃and-10℃are both about 15 MPa,and the low temperature failure strain and water stability meet the requirements of the specification.The test conditions of water stability of asphalt mixtures in the current test procedures are not suitable for epoxy asphalt concrete.The retention time of epoxy asphalt concrete is an important factor affecting its application in pavement engineering.
