摘 要:文章针对风吹雪雪害对公路交通安全的影响进行了深入研究,基于对内蒙古锡林郭勒盟东乌珠穆沁旗典型易积雪路段的实地调查资料分析,提出了预防性优化交通安全设施的建议。结果表明:交通安全设施尤其是防撞护栏,是引发风吹雪雪害的重要因素,其改变了风雪流的流场结构,加剧了雪害的形成与严重程度。通过分析防撞护栏的工作机理,对路侧防撞护栏、防眩设施及交通标志的优化设计提出了具体策略,旨在减少这些设施对风雪流的干扰和雪害的影响,以期在风吹雪多发区域提高公路的通行能力和安全性。研究对风吹雪地区的公路设计与养护提供了技术指导,有助于减轻风吹雪对公路交通的负面影响。This paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the impacts of snowdrift disasters on highway traffic safety,drawing upon field survey data from typical snow-prone sections in Dong Ujimqin Banner,Xilin Gol League,Inner Mongolia.Recommendations for preventive optimization of traffic safety facilities are proposed.The research reveals that traffic safety facilities,particularly crash barriers,are significant contributors to snowdrift disasters.They alter the flow field structure of wind-blown snow and exacerbate the formation and severity of these hazards.The paper delves into the working mechanism of crash barriers and offers detailed strategies for optimizing roadside crash barriers,anti-dazzle devices,and traffic signs.These strategies aim to minimize the interference with wind-snow flows and mitigate snowdrift impacts,with the ultimate goal of enhancing traffic capacity and safety on highways in regions prone to snowdrifts.By providing technical guidance for road design and maintenance in snowdrift-prone areas,the study contributes to alleviating the negative effects of snowdrifts on highway transportation.
