摘  要:旧路面回收料(RAP)再生利用可以有效减少筑路过程中对天然集料的消耗,同时可以大幅度降低沥青路面油石比,但是在实际使用过程中由于受铣刨、破碎等回收工艺制约,致使部分粗旧集料产生不同程度变异,所以在进行再生沥青混合料配合比设计时往往需要掺加部分新粗集料进行级配的调整。文章分别采用钢渣粗集料和玄武岩粗集料作为对照组复配RAP旧集料,以SBS聚合物改性沥青为胶结料,以石灰岩研磨的矿粉为填料,分别进行了同一合成级配、不同旧料掺量的AC-16型钢渣再生沥青混合料配合比设计及最佳油石比设计,并对其性能进行验证。结果表明:钢渣可以替代天然集料与RAP复配生产掺钢渣再生沥青混合料,使其满足表面层路用性能要求;钢渣的掺加可以提高RAP掺配比例,提高废旧沥青混合料的使用效率;掺钢渣再生沥青混合料较普通再生沥青混合料有更好的路用性能和表面功能特性,尤其适合冬季严寒多雨雪天气地区的推广应用。Recycling reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)can effectively reduce the consumption of natural aggregates in road construction,and can also significantly reduce the bitumen-aggregate ratio.However,in actual use,the recycling process of milling and crushing causes some old coarse aggregates to undergo varying degrees of alteration.Therefore,when designing the mix proportion of recycled asphalt mixture(RMA),it is often necessary to add some new coarse aggregates to adjust the grading.In this study,steel slag or basalt coarse aggregates was used as the control group to compound RAP old aggregate,SBS polymer modified asphalt was used as the binder,and limestone ground mineral powder was used as the filler.The same synthetic grading and different RAP content AC-16 type steel slag RMA mix proportion design and optimal bitumen-aggregate ratio design were carried out,and the performance was verified.The research results show that steel slag can replace natural aggregates and be compounded with RAP to produce RMA that meets the surface layer road performance requirements.Moreover,the addition of steel slag can increase the RAP mix proportion and improve the utilization efficiency of waste asphalt mixture.At the same time,the RMA with steel slag addition has better road performance and surface functional characteristics than the ordinary RMA,which is especially suitable for the promotion and application in winter cold and rainy snow areas.
