环城游憩带疗愈性对游憩者感知健康效益的影响研究

摘　　要：健康是促进人全面发展的必然要求,游憩与健康关系密切。文章从健康地理学视角出发,通过剖析环城游憩带的资源现状与环境特质提出,环城游憩带具有疗愈性。基于网络文本数据的定性研究发现,环城游憩带的疗愈性由4个属性及12个副范畴构成,是自然属性、建成属性、社会属性、象征属性四维属性整体交互、凝结而形成的环境特质,疗愈性价值生成于人地关系的互动中。进一步地,研究通过构建结构方程模型探讨了环城游憩带疗愈性的四维属性对游憩者感知健康效益的作用机理。定量研究结果表明:1)环城游憩带的自然、建成和社会属性显著正向影响游憩者感知健康效益;2)恢复性体验对环城游憩带的疗愈性属性与游憩者健康效益感知具有显著的中介作用。具体而言,远离感、魅力性体验在自然属性、建成属性与感知健康效益间起中介作用;延展性体验在自然、建成、社会和象征属性4个维度与感知健康效益间均存在中介作用;兼容性体验在建成属性、象征属性与感知健康效益间起中介作用。该研究为环城游憩带环境与游憩者健康的互动机制研究提供了新的理论切入点,为提高国民健康水平、推进健康中国建设提供了有价值的参考。Health is a fundamental prerequisite for individuals to achieve comprehensive development and is closely linked to recreational environments and activities.This research adopts the theoretical perspective of health geography to analyze the health benefits of recreational resources and the environmental characteristics of the recreational belt around metropolis(ReBAM).Based on this analysis,we propose that ReBAM have considerable therapeutic value.To uncover the therapeutic benefits of ReBAM,we conducted a qualitative analysis of online texts and identified 12 therapeutic attributes of ReBAM that fall into four dimensions:natural,built-up,social,and symbolic attributes.These four dimensions were found to be interconnected and integral to the therapeutic value and distinct environmental characteristics of ReBAM.Furthermore,we propose that the therapeutic attributes of ReBAM can provide recreationists with a restorative experience,thereby contributing to their physical and mental health.We then conducted a quantitative study using structural equation modeling to examine the impacts of ReBAM’s therapeutic attributes on recreationists’restorative experiences and perceived health benefits.The results revealed that:1)ReBAM’s therapeutic attributes were positively associated with recreationists’perceived health benefits;and 2)restorative experiences served as mediators in these relationships.Specifically,being away and fascination experiences mediated the effects of natural and built-up attributes on perceived health benefits;coherence experience mediated the effects of natural,built-up,social,and symbolic attributes on perceived health benefits;and compatibility experience mediated the relationships between built-up and symbolic attributes on perceived health benefits.Our research identifies a novel direction for studies on ReBAM by emphasizing their therapeutic attributes and associated health benefits.It also offers useful suggestions for the design and management of recreational environments and services,cont
