关节镜下金属带线锚钉治疗肩关节Ⅱ型SLAP损伤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨关节镜下金属带线锚钉治疗肩关节Ⅱ型SLAP损伤的临床疗效。方法 回顾性选取本院2021年1月至2023年10月收治的70例肩关节Ⅱ型SLAP损伤的患者的临床资料。将患者分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组选取肌腱修复固定手术,观察组选取关节镜下金属带线锚钉缝合修复术。比较两组患者的肩关节功能恢复情况、肩关节功能的优良情况、术前和术后3月、6月的疼痛情况及术后的不良反应。结果 观察组术后的ASES评分和Constant-Murley评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肩关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组术后3月和6月的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后的并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 关节镜下金属带线锚钉对肩关节Ⅱ型SLAP损伤的治疗效果显著,减少患者术后疼痛,不增加术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic metallic suture anchors for Type II Superior Labrum Anterior to Posterior(SLAP)injury of the shoulder joint.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 patients with TypeⅡSLAP injury of the shoulder joint,treated in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023.Patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent tendon repair and fixation surgery,while the observation group received arthroscopic metallic suture anchor repair.The outcomes were compared between the two groups included shoulder joint function recovery,the rate of excellent and good shoulder function,pain levels at preoperative,3 months postoperative,and 6 months postoperative,as well as postoperative adverse reactions.Results The postoperative ASES and Constant-Murley scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good shoulder function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 3 and 6 months postoperatively were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic metallic suture anchors are significantly effective in treating TypeⅡSLAP injury in the shoulder joint,reducing postoperative pain without increasing the incidence of postoperative complications.
