摘 要:焊接行业是制造业核心,随着对焊接技术人才要求的日益增高,焊接学科项目化改革迫在眉睫。本研究探讨了焊接技术与工程专业的项目化教学改革,以培养适应现代化焊接的人才。基于行动导向的教学设计,提出围绕焊接运动控制、特种焊接技术等方面的课程内容改革,通过真实项目促进学生解决实际问题与创新思维的能力。设计多元化考核形式,用以评估学生学习成果。该项目化教学经过在试点班级的实施,取得了一定效果,学生满意度高达85%。The welding industry is a core sector of manufacturing,and with the increasing demand for skilled welding professionals,the project-based reform of welding education has become urgent.This study explores the project-based teaching reform in the Welding Technology and Engineering program to cultivate talents that meet the demands of modern welding practices.Based on action-oriented teaching design,the research proposes curriculum reforms focusing on welding motion,special welding techniques,and other aspects,with the aim of enhancing students'problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities through real-world projects.A diversified assessment system is also designed to evaluate students'learning outcomes.The project-based teaching approach,implemented in pilot classes,has yielded positive results,with a student satisfaction rate of 85%.
