摘　　要：焊接技术作为航空航天、轨道客车等重要制造领域的基础技术,其发展水平直接影响中国制造业实力。目前中国装备制造业正处于智能化转型的关键节点,智能装备制造对技术人才提出了更高要求,以焊接行业为例,企业需要建设完整的焊接人才团队来保障产出高质量产品,从而提升中国企业的国际竞争力。人才是工业生产的基石,而一线高技能人才更是企业高速高质发展的中流砥柱。进一步完善高技能人才培养体系,打造更多的“大国工匠”既是焊接企业所需也是焊接行业所盼。将国际焊接技师(IWS)培训体系融入高职焊接专业能够助力高职院校构建符合“1+X”证书制度的高技能人才培养体系,能提升学生职业技能水平、增加学生就业竞争力,为中国高技能人才的高速发展奠定基础。As a basic technology in important manufacturing fields such as aerospace and rail passenger cars,the development of welding technology directly affects the strength of China’s manufacturing industry.At present,China’s equipment manufacturing industry is at a critical juncture of intelligent transformation,and smart equipment manufacturing poses higher requirements on technical talents.Taking the welding industry as an example,enterprises need to build a complete welding talent team to ensure the production of high-quality products,thereby enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Talents are the cornerstone of industrial production,and frontline highly skilled talents are the mainstay of enterprises’rapid and high-quality development.Further improving the training system for highly skilled talents and cultivating more masters of the craft is both the need of welding enterprises and the aspiration of the welding industry.Integrating the International Welding Specialist(IWS)training system into higher vocational welding majors can help higher vocational colleges build a high-skilled talent training system that conforms to the"1+X"certificate system,which can enhance students’vocational skills,increase their employment competitiveness,and lay a foundation for the rapid development of highly skilled talents in China.
