经皮冠状动脉介入术后吲哚布芬联合参松养心胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效及对心肌梗死溶栓治疗试验血流与残余胆固醇的影响

摘　　要：目的分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后吲哚布芬联合参松养心胶囊对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的疗效以及对心肌梗死溶栓治疗试验(TIMI)血流分级情况与残余胆固醇(RC)水平变化的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年12月于萍乡市第三人民医院行PCI术的120例ACS患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予吲哚布芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参松养心胶囊治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的疗效、中医证候积分、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)、TIMI血流、RC及不良预后情况。结果观察组疗效的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医证候积分、LVEDD和LVESD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,TIMI血流分级、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、RC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吲哚布芬联合参松养心胶囊对治疗行PCI术后的ACS患者疗效显著,能有效缓解患者的症状和改善心功能,降低TIMI血流分级、RC水平以及不良预后发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of Indobufen combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsules in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and the change of flow grade and residual cholesterol(RC)level in myocardial infarction(TIMI).Methods A total of 120 ACS patients who underwent PCI in the Third People's Hospital of Pingxiang City from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Indobufen,and the observation group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsules on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TIMI flow,RC,and poor outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,LVEDD,LVEF,TIMI,serum total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and RC levels were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Indobufen combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsules is effective in patients with ACS after PCI,it can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the cardiac function,reduce the TIMI blood flow grade,residual cholesterol level and the incidence of adverse prognosis.
