复方黄柏液涂剂联合特定电磁波治疗化疗性静脉炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析复方黄柏液涂剂联合特定电磁波治疗化疗性静脉炎患者的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月赣州市妇幼保健院62例化疗性静脉炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和联合组,每组各31例。常规组给予硫酸镁治疗,联合组在常规组的基础上联合复方黄柏液涂剂+特定电磁波治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、相关症状缓解时间、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、炎症因子、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于本组治疗前,且低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且联合组VAS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组静脉条索状缓解时间、灼热缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论化疗性静脉炎患者采用复方黄柏液涂剂联合特定电磁波治疗能够提升治疗效果,改善CRP、VEGF、TNF-α等炎症因子水平,加速相关临床症状的缓解,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with specific electromagnetic wave on patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into conventional group and combined group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,and the combined group was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating+specific electromagnetic wave on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic efficacy,duration of relief of related symptoms,pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),inflammatory factors,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in combined group were lower than those before treatment,and they were lower than those of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and VAS score in combined group were lower than that in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vein cord relief,burning relief,swelling relief and pain relief in combined group were shorter than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion In patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis,the combination of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating and specific electromagnetic wave can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the levels of CRP,VEGF,TNF-αand other inflammatory factors,and accelerate the r
