处方前置审核规则精细化设置对幽门螺杆菌根除用药的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌根除用药进行处方前置审核规则精细化设置的价值。方法选取2023年6月至12月徐州市肿瘤医院447份幽门螺杆菌根除用药处方作为研究对象,其中2023年6月至9月未接受处方前置审核规则精细化设置的处方223份,2023年10月至12月接受前置审核规则的处方224份,比较管理前后幽门螺杆菌根除用药及不合格情况、抗菌药物处方及合格率、质子泵抑制剂分布及合格率、处方不合格行为情况。结果各科室经过精细化设置后幽门螺杆菌根除用药不合格率低于精细化设置前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精细化设置后抗菌药物处方总合格率高于设置前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精细化设置后质子泵抑制剂处方总合格率高于设置前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精细化设置后处方不合格行为总发生率低于设置前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌根除用药采取处方前置审核规则精细化设置,可减少不合理用药行为的发生,使得用药更为合理,减少根除失败行为的发生,保障患者用药的安全性、合理性,为患者用药提供重要支持。Objective To explore the value of setting fine rules of prescription pre-review for Helicobacter pylori eradicating drugs.Methods A total of 447 prescriptions for Helicobacter pylori eradication in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from June to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,224 prescriptions that did not accept the fine setting of prescription pre-review rules from June to September 2023 and 224 prescriptions that accepted the pre-review rules from October to December 2023 were selected.The situation of Helicobacter pylori eradication and unqualified,antibiotic prescription and qualified rate,proton pump inhibitor distribution and qualified rate,and unqualified prescription behavior before and after management were compared.Results The unqualified rate of Helicobacter pylori eradication drugs in all departments after the fine setting was lower than that before the fine setting,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total qualified rate of antibiotics prescription after fine setting was higher than that before setting,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total pass rate of proton pump inhibitor prescription after fine setting was higher than that before setting,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of unqualified behavior after fine setting was lower than that before fine setting,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The precise setting of prescription pre-review rules for Helicobacter pylori eradication drugs can reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use,make drug use more reasonable,reduce the occurrence of eradication failures,ensure the safety and rationality of drug use for patients,and provide important support for drug use for patients.
