硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片在急性心肌梗死治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)治疗中采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、阿司匹林肠溶片联合用药的价值。方法选取2018年1月至2022年12月济南市第三人民医院的90例AMI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组以阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上以硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,各45例。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、不良反应发生率、炎症因子水平、临床指标。结果观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组的炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α表达水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间高于对照组,纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在AMI治疗中选择硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、阿司匹林肠溶片联合用药方案可改善其病情、机体炎症状态及凝血功能,值得借鉴与学习。Objective To analyze the value of combining Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 90 AMI patients in Jinan Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 was selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the fibrinogen time was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of AMI,Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets can improve their condition,body inflammation and coagulation function,which is worth reference and learning.
