摘 要:目的探讨塔巴模式在医院感染培训中的应用效果,构建科学的院感培训体系。方法选取2023年7月至8月赣州市各县(市)区二级、三级医疗单位院感专职人员100名,再选取赣州市院感质控中心挂靠单位赣州市人民医院各科室兼职感控医生及护士100名为研究对象。采用抽签法分为试验组和对照组,每组均由50名感控专职人员、50名感控兼职人员组成。试验组参考塔巴模式进行培训,对照组进行常规培训。对两组人员培训后理论成绩、实践成绩、培训满意度进行比较分析。结果培训前,两组的理论和实践成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,试验组的培训理论成绩、实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,试验组的各项培训满意度评分(个学时合理性、内容实用性、师资满意度、方法正确性、收获满意度)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于塔巴模式的医院感染培训效果显著,明确了培训学员的需求,提升了学员的医院感染认知水平、实践能力及培训满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of training model based on TABA model in the training of hospital infection training and to construct a scientific hospital infection training system.Methods One hundred full-time infection control personnel from secondary and tertiary medical units in various counties(cities)of Ganzhou City and 100 part-time infection control doctors and nurses from various departments of Ganzhou People's Hospital from July to August 2023 were selected as research subjects.Grouping was conducted using the lottery method,with both the experimental group and the control group consisting of 50 full-time infection control personnel and 50 part-time infection control personnel.The control group received routine training,and the experimental group adopted the training mode based on the TABA model.After training,the effect of hospital infection training between the two groups was compared.Results Before training,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the theoretical and operational assessment results(P>0.05).After training,the theoretical and operational test scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the training satisfaction scores of the experimental group(rationality of study hours,practicality of content,satisfaction with faculty,correctness of methods,and satisfaction with harvest)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the training mode based on TABA model for hospital infection control personnel can effectively improve the training effect.TABA model clarifies the needs of trainees,enhances their hospital infection awareness,practical ability,and training satisfaction,it is worth applying and promoting.
