摘 要:目的探讨基于IEO模型的情景模拟联合思维导图教学法在护理硕士研究生操作技能培训课程中的应用效果。方法整群抽取2022年1月至2023年12月在南昌大学第一附属医院实习的南昌大学护理学院2021级、2022级护理硕士研究生为研究对象,2021级护理研究生为对照组(n=23),2022级护理研究生为试验组(n=31)。对照组采用常规护理技能教学方法,试验组采用情景模拟联合思维导图教学法。评价试验组教学满意度及两组护理研究生理论与操作成绩、自主学习能力及人文关怀能力。结果试验组教学满意度水平为93%以上。试验组成绩、自主学习能力及人文关怀能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟联合思维导图教学法有利于改善教学环境,提升护理研究生操作技能、自主学习能力及人文素养。Objective To explore the application effect of scene simulation combined with mind mapping teaching method based on IEO model in operational skills training course for nursing postgraduate students.Methods A whole group of nursing graduate students from the School of Nursing of Nanchang University who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Nursing graduate students from 2021 were selected as the control group(n=23),and nursing graduate students from 2022 were selected as the experimental group(n=31).The control group adopted the conventional nursing skills teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the scene simulation combined with mind mapping teaching method.The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group and the theoretical and operational performance,the ability of independent learning,humanistic care of the two groups of nursing postgraduates were evaluated.Results The teaching satisfaction level of the experimental group was more than 93%.The scores,the ability of independent learning and humanistic care of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scene simulation combined with mind mapping can improve the teaching environment,improve the operation skills,the ability of independent learning and humanistic care of nursing graduate students.
