运脾散穴位贴敷配合饮食护理对脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃轻瘫主要症状指数及血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨运脾散穴位贴敷配合饮食护理在脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2022年11月福州市中医院收治的102例脾胃虚弱型DGP患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组51例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上行运脾散穴位贴敷配合饮食护理干预,比较两组患者的胃轻瘫主要症状指数(GCSI)、血糖水平及复发情况。结果研究组护理后的食欲不振、恶心呕吐、胃胀、早饱评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,随访6、12个月的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运脾散穴位贴敷配合饮食护理应用于脾胃虚弱型DGP患者具有较理想的护理效果,可改善症状,辅助调整血糖,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the application effect of Yunpi Powder acupoint application combined with dietary care in patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)with spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods A total of 102 DGP patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type admitted to Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given Yunpi Powder acupoint application combined with dietary care intervention on the basis of the control group.The gastroparesis cardinal symptom index(GCSI),blood glucose level and recurrence of gastroparesis were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,bloating and early satiety in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate at 6 and 12 months follow-up were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunpi Powder acupoint application combined with dietary care in DGP patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type has a better nursing effect,which can improve symptoms,help adjust blood sugar,and reduce the recurrence rate.
