穴位贴敷治疗寒性原发性痛经的研究现状

摘　　要：原发性痛经是临床上最常见的妇科疾病之一,其发病机制与免疫、内分泌、中枢神经、神经递质异常等方面密切相关,发作时常出现周期性小腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛等症状,严重影响女性正常生活。中医认为,痛经分有虚实,寒为痛经之主因。痛经病因病机主要为气滞寒凝或寒凝血瘀。单纯穴位贴敷治疗寒性原发性痛经可降低寒性痛经症状积分,其搭配针刺、艾灸、灌耳疗法在提高并稳定疗效、快速止痛方面更具有优势。笔者通过参考近年穴位贴敷治疗寒性原发性痛经的相关文献,从现代医学关于原发性痛经发病机制、中医方面病因病机、单纯穴位贴敷配伍以及穴位贴敷联合针刺、艾灸、灌耳中医疗法治疗寒性原发性痛经进行归纳,为治疗寒性原发性痛经进一步研究提供理论支持。Primary dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological diseases in clinic,and its pathogenesis is closely related to immunity,endocrine,central nervous system,neurotransmitter abnormalities,etc.Cyclic abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain and other symptoms often occur during the attack,which seriously affects the normal life of women.According to traditional Chinese medicine,dysmenorrhea is divided into deficiency and reality,and cold is the main cause of dysmenorrhea.Its etiology and pathogenesis is mainly for gas stagnation and cold condensation or cold condensation and blood stasis.The treatment of cold primary dysmenorrhea with acupoint application alone can reduce the scores of cold dysmenorrhea symptoms,and its combination of acupuncture,moxibustion,and ear irrigation therapy is more advantageous in improving and stabilizing the efficacy of treatment,and rapidly relieving pain.By referring to the relevant literature on the treatment of cold primary dysmenorrhea with acupoint application in recent years,the author summarizes the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea in modern medicine,the etiology of primary dysmenorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of simple acupoint application and acupoint application combined with acupuncture,moxibustion,and auricular irrigation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cold primary dysmenorrhea,in order to provide theoretical support for the treatment of cold primary dysmenorrhea for further research.
