降低低温甲醇洗预洗流程石脑油中甲醇含量和提高石脑油品质的探索研究

摘  要:伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司煤制天然气低温甲醇洗装置净化系统中,预洗流程的工艺石脑油中甲醇质量分数达3%,远高于设计值2.1%,不仅增加了低温甲醇洗装置甲醇的消耗,且石脑油中氮氧化物和酸性组分含量较高,影响石脑油的品质。针对上述问题,提出了石脑油二次低压萃取工艺方案:采用含有少量甲醇的脱盐水作为萃取剂与石脑油充分混合,利用液液萃取原理回收甲醇,降低甲醇消耗;同时将气提介质由废气变为氮气并增加气提量,气提出石脑油中氮氧化物和酸性组分,提高石脑油的品质。In the rectisol purification system of coal to natural gas plant of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,the methanol content of naphtha in the pre-washing process was as high as 3%,much higher than the design value of 2.1%,which not only increased the methanol consumption in the rectisol unit,but also had a high content of nitrogen oxides and acidic components in naphtha,thus affecting the quality of naphtha.To solve these problems,a secondary low-pressure extraction process of naphtha was proposed.The demineralized water containing a small amount of methanol was used as the extractant to fully mix with the naphtha,and the methanol was recovered by the liquid-liquid extraction principle,reducing the consumption of methanol.At the same time,the stripping medium was changed from waste gas to nitrogen,and the stripping rate was increased to strip nitrogen oxides and acidic components from naphtha,thereby improving the quality of naphtha.
