摘  要:为实现增产增效,提高企业经济效益,灵谷化工集团有限公司对2000 t/d多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置实施了煤浆提浓和耐火砖改进。介绍了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化工艺流程。通过采取煤种选择与煤质控制、选择合适的添加剂、优化制浆水、磨机和搅拌器等煤浆提浓措施,实施拱顶与筒身交接处、炉膛和渣口等耐火砖改造,煤浆质量分数提高了3个百分点,气化炉投煤量增加约230 t/d,单炉有效气产量从11.8万m^(3)/h增加到13.5万m^(3)/h,合成氨产量增加约200 t/d,确保了工业装置的高效优质运行。In order to increase the production and efficiency,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,the coal slurry concentration and refractory brick improvement had been implemented for a 2000 t/d opposed multi-burner coal water slurry gasification plant of Linggu Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.The process flow of opposed multi-burner coal water slurry gasification was introduced.By selecting coal type,controlling coal quality,selecting appropriate additives,optimizing water for slurry making,grinding machines and mixers,and implementing refractory brick transformation at the junction of the arch and cylinder,furnace and slag mouth,the mass fraction of coal slurry was increased by 3 percentage points.The coal feeding rate of the gasifier was increased by~230 t/d,the effective gas production of a single furnace was increased from 118000 m^(3)/h to 135000 m^(3)/h,and the ammonia production was increased by~200 t/d,ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of the industrial plants.
