甲醇装车栈台VOCs治理装置尾气的深度治理探讨

摘　　要：陕西长青能源化工有限公司甲醇装车栈台采用柴汽油等油品空罐车灌装甲醇时,VOCs治理装置出现尾气中非甲烷总烃(NMHC)超标现象。对NMHC超标原因进行了分析,探讨了NMHC治理思路和可能性,提出了VOCs尾气用作硫回收焚烧炉助燃空气的技术改造方案。该方案具有流程简单、设备投资少,不增加运行费用和节能降耗等特点。In the process of methanol loading by using empty oil tank trucks of diesel and gasoline on the loading platform of Shaanxi Changqing Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,it was found that non-methane hydrocarbon(NMHC)in the tail gas of VOCs treatment device exceeded the limit.The causes of NMHC exceeding the limit were analyzed,NMHC treatment idea and feasibility were explored,and a technical renovation scheme of utilizing VOCs tail gas as combustion air for sulfur recovery incinerator was proposed.This scheme had the characteristics of easy process,less equipment investment,no increase in operating cost,and energy saving and consumption reduction.
