摘　　要：介绍了航天迈未粉煤加压气化技术全废锅工艺流程及技术特性;通过对运行过程中出现的蒸汽衰减、旋风漏气管线泄漏、合成气带灰等问题进行分析,采取了有针对性的措施,克服了气化装置运行难点,确保了系统长周期安全稳定运行。The process flow and technical characteristics of the Aerospace Maiwei pulverized coal pressure gasification technology with whole waste heat boiler process were introduced.By analyzing the problems of steam attenuation,leakage of cyclone anti-leakage pipeline and syngas with ash that occurred during the operation,the pertinent measures were taken to address the operational challenges of the gasification plant and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the system.
