摘 要:煤炭在生产及运输过程中混入的杂物、产生的超标大块,对焦化企业的受煤工序、输煤工序、配煤工序均会带来一定的危害。简述了煤中杂物和超标大块的来源及危害,介绍了可移动框架式除杂机的工作原理、结构原理,分析了利用可移动框架式除杂机对焦化厂输煤系统进行改造的可行性和技术成熟性。改造结果表明,可移动框架式除杂机的应用,最大限度除去了煤料中的杂物和超标大块,提高了相关设备的运行安全性,增加了皮带机、破碎机、粉碎机等相关设备的生产效率,减少了企业不必要的设备检修投入,降低了作业人员劳动安全风险。During the production and transportation,coal can become contaminated with impurities and oversized lumps,which present various hazards to the coal receiving,conveying and blending processes in coking enterprises.The sources and harms of coal impurities and oversized lumps were briefly described,the operational and structural principles of the movable frame-type decontamination machine were introduced,and the practicality and technical readiness of using this machine to upgrade the coal conveying system in coking plants was analyzed.The results of such a renovation showed that the use of movable frame-type decontamination machine effectively eliminated the impurities and oversized lumps from the coal,improved the operation safety of related equipment,boosted the productivity of such relevant equipment as belt conveyors,crushers and pulverizers,reduced the investment for unnecessary equipment maintenance and lowered the labor safety risk for workers.
