摘  要:从原燃料煤储存、入炉煤限下率和气化运煤层加料3个方面,对内蒙古某煤化工项目煤储运系统的改造优化设计进行总结。结果表明:球形仓在煤先进先出和防止煤自燃方面比圆形料场更有优势;原料煤筛分是保证气化入炉煤粒度的关键,提高筛分效率和炉前筛分是降低入炉煤限下率的直接有效措施;球形仓螺旋溜槽和转载点曲线溜槽能有效降低块煤破碎率;结合多个煤化工项目煤储运系统运行经验,犁式卸料器是气化运煤层目前最优的多点进料方式。The optimization design of coal storage and transportation system of a coal chemical project in Inner Mongolia was summarized from three aspects:the storage of raw fuel coal,undersize fraction of incoming coal and coal feeding for gasification.The results showed that spherical silo had more advantages than circular stockyard in terms of coal first-in and first-out and preventing coal spontaneous combustion.Secondly,raw coal screening was the key to ensure the particle size of the incoming coal for gasification.Improving the screening efficiency and pre-gasifier screening were two direct and effective measures to reduce the undersize fraction of incoming coal.Thirdly,the spiral chute of the spherical silo and the curved chute of the transfer point could effectively reduce the fragmentation rate of lump coal.Moreover,based on the operating experience of coal storage and transportation systems in several coal chemical projects,the plow unloader was currently the best multi-point feeding method for gasification.
