摘　　要：中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司水煤浆气化炉气化用煤采用高灰分煤后,运行过程中频繁发生下渣不畅、下降管堵塞等异常情况。针对以上问题,通过原因分析采取了提高气化炉操作温度、对石灰石添加量进行动态调整等相应的应对措施并取得一定效果,对同行业有一定的借鉴意义。After high ash coal was used for gasification in the coal water slurry gasifier of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,such abnormalities as poor slag discharge and downcomer blockage occurred frequently during the operation.In response to the above issues,corresponding measures such as increasing the operating temperature of the gasifier and dynamically adjusting the amount of limestone added had been taken through the root cause analysis,having achieved certain effects,which could be taken for reference for the same industry.
